| Most Admired International Player |
Richard Hill, never has a bad game, never makes a fuss. Most Admired Witney player: |
| Favourite Rugby Tour | West Country many years ago - need to go another before I call it a day. |
| Most Embarrassing moment on the Pitch | Forgetting my boots at Swindon on the muddiest wettest pitch ever - all I had were an old pair of moulded boots with no more grip than Norms slippers. Not great for a second row, spent most of the game on my arse - no change there then!! |
| Most Embarrasing moment off the Pitch |
Probably with another club - turned up at the wrong clubhouse in Warwickshire, thought I was the first to arrive and got changed only to be told by one of the home side they weren't playing us and that I needed to be 4 miles down the road, they did offer me a game though! |
| Best Match for Witney | Really enjoyed a friendly against Henley 3 years ago. They had some 1st teamers coming back from injury and a few Oxbridge blues playing. They were expecting a stroll in the park but we dogged out the quickest first 20 minutes I have ever played and hung on for a great win. |
| Worst Match for Witney | v Banbury a few years ago in the cup. They had at least 2 ex-internationals in the front row and I got a smack in the face for my troubles - left me looking like the elephant man for a few days. We were still the last to leave their club house though! |
| How to improve training | More mud throwing and drop kick practice with JC |
| Remaining Rugby Ambitions | Still expecting that call from Mr Woodward |
| Miscellaneous | Favourite Try Too numerous to think of just one! |
