MATCH REPORT FOR 29TH AUGUST 2010
 
The first game against Neath saw our team struggle against a very good side however the second game against a mixture of Oxford and Oxford Harlequins saw some very good play from our side we were level after half time with a try from both Grub and  Mitchell both from the half way line and a conversion from Adam (yes Sam watch your back!!!!) however Oxford managed to score the  last try just on the final whistle.  Well done boys a good effort was made by all and has given us things to work on before the first match against Stow.
 
"Tackle of the day" medal was awarded to Mitchell Rose
"Man of the Match" was awarded to Jacob Pardew

2010/2011 Fixtures List as at 5 August 2010 (4th Draft Copy - to be updated)

 

Pre-season training sessions will start on Sunday 1 August at at the club – 10.30,  trainers only, loads of ball handling skills, fitness, line-outs and a good laugh.

 

We will be running mid week training from the start of the season. Thursdays look favourite but this will need to be finally confirmed with the club. This will be more fitness and if possible more technical training where appropriate.

 

We are arranging a tour to Ireland to celebrate our final year as part of the minis and juniors and it will be a great way to say adios to each other.

 

The coming year is a big one and our final season at minis and juniors and we want to make it a winning and enjoyable one. All effort is being made to get the preparation right so now we just need to get all of us together as often as we can.
